Great work at Acceleration last night boys. Keep working on your stick handling skills. The videos Coach Eric posted to the web site are excellent drills to work on at home. The better your stick handling skills get, the more fun hockey becomes... You can use tennis balls, golf balls, tape balls, etc. to do these drills at home. Remember to "cup" the puck (use your wrists) on both your forehand and backhand.
Eric - can you post "quick hands" on the web site for their reference?
See you at the rink.
Coach Mike
P.S. The Top Quick Hand times from last night: Coach Eric: 3.35 (2 players were close behind...we'll see if you guys can beat him by the end of the season...but, you'd better work at it...Coach Eric is... ; )
